A story that started in his childhood through a passion that was born when Koji started going fishing with his father and culminated with the success story as a Chef who dominates the main ingredient of the Japanese cuisine so well that he has based his work in the ability to choose the best cuts, turning the pleasure of tasting sushi and sashimi into a unique experience. Chef Koji Yokomizo has opened his third restaurant – this time in the Santos neighbourhood in Lisbon, with the renowned Chef Shinya Koike in charge of the kitchen.
